Concrete/Masonry/Drywall mud etc

I got this mainly to mix concrete and drywall mud and it does it effortlessly. I bought a second one a month later I was so impressed by it. I mixed concrete with half the water recommended. I fully submerged the spade bit in dust and churned it from a dead stop with a full sized spade-mixing bit, and the spade didn't slow down, rather the steel-spade-mixing bit began to bow and bend. I got carried away, and dumped an entire bag on concrete on a portion that was partial mixed and pulled the trigger, which basically ripped the drill right out of my clenched hand.. which could have been dangerous. I drilled into hardened concrete footing for rebar holes with this drill, and it did it fine. It took longer than a hammer drill of course, but I didn't want to spend over $100 for a handful of holes. There are better drills out there for drilling into metal, due to 500 rpm's, but wood, and wet and dry concrete are fine. I mixed 7 bags of concrete in a row before I got tired. The drill got hot but didn't spark or anything that suggested I pushed it too hard.
Because of its high torque it is great with hole saws and spade drill bits, this is actually the ideal drill for those applications.
I got both of mine pre-owned, heavily used from a pawn shop. The amount of concrete I mixed was enough for a 1ft-deep x 2ft-wide footing on a 8ftx16ft building. It was a lot cheaper than bringing a cement truck in. The tool paid for itself with that alone.
It has a very low spin speed, 500 rpm's, which translates into more torque per amp, and is about as fast as you'd want to push a nice hammer drill in concrete anyway, and with 120watts and 9amps, it has enough power to do what it's advertised to do. Use this tool for mixing and save light drills for wood and putting in screws.
This drill is heavy; it is not something you want to use to put in screws with, or attempt to operate with one hand.
