Absolutely First Class!

I have about 6 different Milwaukee 12v hand tools and every one is quality built, including this hammer drill. I am tough to please and demanding on the tools. Wish I could find something negative to say about this tool,....just anything...but it's really an excellent tool end to end. I have used the Milwaukee 12v line of tools for several years now and they have proved to be top quality at very reasonable price. I've gotten rid of most of my larger power tools as this size is so convenient, powerful and long run time. It has earned my top rating.

A lot better than my old 18V

I owned an old 18v Bosch NiCd drill. It was really good and it is still going on strong, but I had to leave it behind when I moved to the US. This M12 Hammer Drill is a lot better than my beloved Bosch!
It is extremely confortable, hefty, relatively small (for a hammer drill) and well built. It is faster and stronger than my old Bosch and the Hammer function is a blessing!
Totally recommended. Plus, I love the M12 system.

So far using this new hammer drill I am quite satisfied. I bought this as a bare tool only. That is the only way I will buy M12 tools now that I have the charger. The reason for this is those smaller batteries that come with tool packages just don't cut it. In order to solve this problem I just buy the M12 xc which is an excellent battery. In my opinion I think they should do away with the smaller battery and just sell the larger battery; tool packages and all.
