Hard hitting air hammer

I have owned the original 715 zip gun that was already in well used condition when I acquired it 15 years ago. I used it while working on cars. Worked particularly well when installing "A" arm suspension bushings and cutting rivets on the radius arm bushing bracket on Ford trucks.
I now work on semi-trailers. This past week I was replacing half of the bottom rail, side skins and uprights on a wrecked trailer, which are all attached with rivets (by the hundreds). My original 715 finally cracked its case. Although it still works, the barrel works loose too easy. I ordered this one and finished the job. This one appears to be as well built as my first one. I expect it to last another 15-20 years.
If you are considering buying this gun, you need to realize that this is a long barrel model that doesn't hit as fast, but does hit harder. If you need a little more control, a short barrel model may be more to your liking. We use short barrel ones for setting buck type rivets.

hits as hard as matco hammers 8 times the price its a bit hard to control in awkward spaces but thats with any hammer make shure to use a large enough hose oil it often keep the barrel screwed into the housing tightly.

As the title says, It hits like a little mule. Used it to push out some rusty rivets along my truck frame rails and had no problems
